COLECTIVO COFFEE

Since 1993, Colectivo has been sourcing coffees from origin and roasting every batch by hand. By developing farmer and co-op partnerships, they are involved in every step of creating a remarkable coffee experience. Colectivo is proud to offer session roasted coffee and Letterbox Fine Tea in addition to made-from-scratch food, artisan breads and baked goods. Colectivo's open-air café in the Third Ward was inspired by the merchants that originally occupied this historic neighborhood. Custom-made windows open to blur the lines between inside seating and sidewalk communal tables and bike bar racks. The menu features Colectivo Keg Co. beer and European-inspired station sandwiches.
