Downtown Employee Appreciation Week

Employee Appreciation Week honors all downtown employees with a week of promotions, special events and competitions to rally downtown employees, build camaraderie and show the downtown workforce how much they're appreciatied. It's the most fun you'll have at work all year long!

Historic Third Ward Events

We're brewing up the ultimate caffeine boost! Meet your fellow downtown co-workers for the World's Largest Coffee Break in the Historic Third Ward.

Third Ward coffee shops - Bella Caffe, Brew City Tea, Broadway Bakery, C. Adams Bakery, Starbucks Coffee Company, and Strange Brew Cafe & Gallery - will be serving free coffee to perk you up on Tuesday, July 31 from 9:30 - 10:30 am in Catalano Square. The first 1,000 people will receive a free commemorative t-shirt! Bring your paperclip! Meet Penworthy Bear! Plus, meet 97.3 The Brew's Lynch & Meyers.

Iron Chefs of Downtown - Mystery Box Challenge

Hungry for some real fun? Three neighborhood chefs will be cooking up a little friendly competition at the Milwaukee Public Market. Each chef will receive a mystery box of fresh ingredients straight from Market vendors and will be challenged to prepare an exquisite dish on the spot. A panel of three celebrity judges will then critique each chef's creation.
